Playground Sunset

Sunday shot – Playground Sunset

These days, I always find myself time during the sunsets for photography. Which is good of course as it’s probably the best time for photography. The light is beautiful and it magnificently lits the scene.

Been sick for the past 4 days, today is the first day I can actually walk out of the house myself, without falling over or feeling drained after the first 2 steps. Glad to be recovering and looking outside my house this morning it was absolutely pouring with rain, even hailing. Darn! Can’t go anywhere far. After the rain and hail, the clouds cleared and gave me this view during sunset. Nice!

So I’m up on my feet now, alive and ready for many adventures. Missed my camera for the last few days. Didn’t even get to take it out of the bag – that’s how ill I was.

Hope to hear from you.

A puppy in my parent’s home. What joy he brings to our family! 🙂

We’ve always had dogs in my parent’s home. In fact, I can’t remember a time when we don’t have dogs. They are a great friend, a house protector and a family member. Especially when they are a puppy, they are very cute and love to play all the time. The way they discover the new world (that is our home) just puts a smile on me always. (more…)

A macro shot of a rose in my parent’s garden. What do you think?

A very naughty Gnome

Something cheeky for today. A gnome statue I found at Mintaro while spending a day there. Quite a funny one.

EscobarDinner (13 of 25)

Dinner at Escobar one night and had these delicious meat balls for second entree. It was really tasty and wouldn’t mind going back to taste the other dishes they have. Read about my night at Escobar here.

These are 20cm size chess pieces at a place in Mintaro, South Australia. They had it out in the garden for anyone to play if they wish. Mintaro is about 1.5 hrs drive up north of Adelaide.
